The Finish Line is a story about a personal journey, a physical challenge, and a global adventure. The story is about pushing the boundaries about what one believes one can achieve. The journey began with the NHS Couch to 5K in 2012, since then Mary has completed the Marathon Majors, and has recently become a member of the Seven Continents Club. She has raised over £20,000 for charities over the years, and has inspired so many, including me, to take up running.

I had the opportunity to catch up with Mary on her favourite morning running route, shortly after her return from Antarctica, to hear about her inspiring journey. A story which will hopefully inspire others to start running, or to take the next step in their running journey.

For Mary, the finish line is just the beginning of her next adventure.

Watersplash is a short documentary about a new quarry in Shepperton Surrey. Without sync it focuses on the impact of the quarry on the surrounding village, the wildlife, and the flora and fauna.

The piano, an instrument of precision, becomes a mirror for aural diversity. This experimental film invites audiences into a digital composition that reproduces its creator’s inter-aural pitch differences, demanding radical listening as they find beauty in the unpredictable dissonance of a creative response to an otherwise distressing phenomenon.
